Hi, I’m Greg Dekker. I design and lead strategy workshops, keynotes and conference sessions for organizations all over the world including Architecture, Biopharma, Tech, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Associations.
What do I mean by Do More than Talk? Better results through more immersive participation. My promise is to bring a unique ability to create interactive experiences for your audiences and teams, combining problem-solving with hand thinking. I’ve authored powerful keynote addresses including Meet the Jetsons and Power Tools for Change, created workshop tools that are now used globally, and am a master instructor in several Change Management and Facilitation practices including the fast-growing LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method.

Hi, I’m Rebecca Dekker. I’m a collaboration architect who leads teams, creates success, and champions people and causes at organizations including Consumer Product Goods, Recruiting, Tech, Education, Banking and Non-profits.
Since taking my first Myers Briggs evaluation, I’ve been captivated by the path from self-understanding to better human connections, satisfaction and life success. This led me to achieve certification in several related methodologies – including LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and, most recently, as a FascinateTM Certified Advisor. I’ve authored sales and success workshops including Power Camp and Lead Your Way.
What does it mean to Do More Than Talk? I will bring a spark of energy to a group, engage participants with interactive experiences, and create measurable results – with a buzz that lasts well after an event has ended.
